Equality, Diversity &
Inclusion at EKFB
We are committed to stopping discrimination and promoting equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) at EKFB and across the C23 project.
We are creating a culture where people feel a sense of belonging and are valued for their unique contributions, perspectives and circumstances.
Our four pillars of EDI
Developing an evidence-based approach to the EDI programme
We do this using data from our six-monthly EDI survey, meaning we can compare results and track our progress
Our Respect campaign focuses on driving a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for all.
As well as providing resources for our sites to start meaningful conversations on EDI and running a calendar of EDI-related events, we have a team of Inclusion Champions who receive training on inclusive practices and learn how to support a positive culture in the workspace.
