Information for attendees

  • Those who are not on the register will be turned away. You must be on the register to attend - receipt of directions does not confirm registration

  • Please contact the site if you require any accessibility arrangements

  • Please do not attend if you are showing any COVID-19 symptoms or have been told to isolate

  • Face coverings are not mandatory but you may wear one if you wish

  • Arrival time: 8.30 for a 9.00 start. Late arrivals will not be admitted once the session has started

  • Finish time: Approximately 15.30

  • Drug and alcohol testing will be carried out as part of the induction

  • Before a drug and alcohol test can be undertaken, the individual must give consent. In order to give consent, the person must understand the information given to them, therefore if any person is unable to fully understand the information being provided, the drug and alcohol team may decline to undertake a test.

Directions from M40 Junction 9

 

  1. Turn onto the A41 heading towards Bicester

  2. Continue on the A41 heading towards Aylesbury

  3. The works site access is on indicted as HS2 Gate 5 on the new Roundabout approx. 1 mile past the village of Waddesdon

  4. Proceed to the security Check Point where you will directed to the carpark

  5. The session will be held in the Briefing Room in the Welfare Building
