EKFB Training Hub:
Construction For All
Spaces available, apply now: Plant Operator Programme
We think our industry is great and we want people like you to come and join us and work on some of the most challenging projects in the UK, break into a new and exciting industry and leave a legacy that will last for generations.
As part of our CITB funded training hub, we trained over 400 people over the last year. All of these people were new entrants to the construction industry who each received an industry accredited qualification to support their journey into a career in construction and civil engineering.

Our training programmes, sponsored by the CITB, are delivered by training providers local to the HS2 central route. Our courses are completely free and will provide the qualifications to build a successful new future in the world of construction and civil engineering...

Working alongside training providers and the local community, we will give people the opportunity to step into a fulfilling career in construction and civil engineering. This will help us deliver our vision to transform our industry, influence future generations and leave a legacy that improves people’s lives.
