About the day

You will be assigned a small locker for the day upon arrival (a laptop will not fit in it), but please note you do not need to bring anything with you for the day as refreshments, pens and all any collateral is provided for you.

Due to the nature of the ELITE session, standing for prolonged periods may be required. Should you require support, reasonable adjustments, or have questions concerning access to the ELITE session, please contact ELITE@ekfb.com.

Due to the nature of the themes covered and the dynamic style of the sessions, you may find aspects of the training or some of the language used uncomfortable, upsetting or challenging. If at any point during the day you need time out, please notify a member of training staff.

Before you arrive
Your ELITE session will act as a foundation for EKFB’s uncompromising focus on making the right choice at all stages of our working lives. Before attending ELITE, think about what makes you feel safe at work, and about the effect of your actions on other people. Also consider the wider issues that may occur if we get things wrong. All of these areas will feature in your ELITE programme.

Our easily recognisable values can be seen on the walls in our offices and compounds. They are firmly woven into everything we do across all of our sites, so please familiarise yourself with them.
